Terry Kirkman dead Terry Robert Kirkman, born on December 12, 1939, in Salina, Kansas, was raised in Chino, California. From an early age, Kirkman showed an interest in music and learned to play wind instruments during World War II. His passion for music led him to study as a music major at Chaffey College.
